IT Support Engineer with an MCSE or MCP qualification, with experience in Windows 2003, Exchange 2003, VPN, excellent customer service skills and ideally some Cisco experience required by our Client based in Peterborough. Salary to £25,000.

This is an ideal role for a candidate with excellent customer service skills and problem solving skills, with a varied technical background looking for a hands on role with this small and expanding IT Support Company. You will be responsible for supporting Businesses around the Peterborough and East Anglia area.

Technically, candidates will have proven server based support experience, and will ideally have an MCP or MCSE certification.
